My team is complaining that Sprint Planning sessions are taking up too much time

      Sprint planning sessions are too long, how can we shorten them?

      The BA’s should have draft user stories already written before sprint planning session starts. This will make it go by much quicker.

      I would suggest doing backlog refinement sessions one week and sprint planning the following week. So you dont have to use sprint planning for all your time.
